Day  1:
Sunday  :  MARRAKECH
AM :  Arrival to Marrakech airport. Assistance and transfer to hotel. 
PM : lunch at hotel , half day sightseeing tour around the city. Marrakech is the “pearl of the south” founded by the Almoravides dynasty at the end of the 12 Century. Discovery of the souks of Marrakech and the Djemaa El Fna square. Visit to Menara and Agdal gardens, the Koutoubia, and the Bahia Palace. Optional  Dinner in a typical Moroccan restaurant with folklore show.
Day  2:
Monday : Marrakech-Ouarzazate(220Km)
Breakfast and departure to Ouarzazate through the Tichka Pass (2260 m). Optional lunch in Kasbah Ait Benhadou. Visit of the fortified villages of glawa's land . P.M : continue to Ouarzazate, visit of Tiffoultout and Taourirt Kasbahs. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3:
Tuesday : OUARZAZATE-ZAGORA(220Km)
Breakfast and departure to Zagora via the Draa Valley (Draa Palm grove). Whole day excursion  to Zagora. Draa Valley  and the village of Amzrou (an old Jewish village). Optional  lunch. Visit of M'hamid, the last settlement before the Sahara. Dinner and overnightstay.
Day 4:
Wednesday :ZAGORA-ERFOUD(300Km)
Breakfast and departure to Erfoud. Stop at Rissani ; the capital of Tafilalt, where the Alawite dynasty ancestors are buried, visit of the 17th century Kasbah and imposing ruins of Ksar Abbar. Optional lunch, continuation to Erfoud
4 OPTIONS:
1)sunset and return to the hotel
Arrival in land-Rover at the sand dunes, attending the sunset while having tea
Return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
2)1
night Bivouac
Arrival at Merzouga dunes in Land-Rovers, attending sunset. Dinner and overnight under nomadic tents (to experience the Bedouin way of life)
A real adventure. First you will witness the sunset and admire the beautiful lands cape.
You will enjoy spending a night of wonder under a nomadic tent (Bedouin way of life).
Early wake up call to witness the spectacular sunrise. Return
3)Camel Riding (Mehari)
One night in the sand dunes and Camel riding (according to the Bedouine way of life). Upon your arrival, camels would be waiting for you to experience an unforgettable ride. The «desert ship» would carry you through sand dunes and spectacular scenery. It will be followed by a magical guided-tour and the admiration of a star studded sky. Then a bivouac would be set up around a wood fire. You would appreciate the Bedouin traditional dinner. Accommodation will be provided under a nomadic tent.
4)Stay and dinner at Erfoud hotel.
Day 5 :
Thursday : ERFOUD-TINGHIR-OUARZAZATE(300Km)
Breakfast. Departure to Tinghir. Visit of the famous Todra Canyons. Optional  lunch. PM : Continue to El Kelaa through the Dades Valley and the rose plantations.Arrival in Ouarzazate. Dinner and overnight stay..
Day 6 :
Friday :OUARZAZATE-MARRAKECH(220Km)
Breakfast. Departure to Marrakech. PM at leisure. Dinner and overnight
Day 7 :
Saturday :MARRAKECH Departure or stay at leisure for 7 Nights Tour
Transfer to Marrakech Airport. Assistance  and departure.

THE DEEP MOROCCAN DESERT AT MERZOUGA

Transfer by 4 wheel drive from Erfoud, 55 km / 1 hour.
In road you would stop at a fossil quarry and visit the lake. If there is water, you have to witness a spectacular cluster of wild birds.
Proceed by Land-Rover to desert, the golden sand dunes of Merzouga, one of the unforgettable sights in Morocco (where Lawrence of Arabia was filmed).
To see Merzouga, no one ever regretted getting up at 5 am to witness the unique sunrise : admire and watch the pink disc of the sun appearing over the gigantic dunes of Merzouga. The Deep South holds a wealth of such majestic moments.

BIVOUAC DESCRIPTION

On arrival at the Camp, you would be received in a big nomadic tent (made with camel hair).
•On the ground : Carpets, comfortable mattresses, pillows, tables and stools.
•Hygiene : Chemical WC portable toilets, toilet paper, solar shower and soap.
•Light : Burning wood fire and storm lanterns.
•Food : Dishes are served on round tables
of 8 to 10 people. And you would be present while the nomads are preparing
the traditional bread.
•Accommodation : individual tents
(2 people or more per tent).
Mattresses, white sheets, pillows, pillowcases are provided.
